Ending art

Artwork is an entity preserving itself unaltered, from generation to generation, and its laws apply restraints to other objects or actions. The art phenomenon has the chief target to keep such name. A name that would have seemed to connote some form of understanding or communicating between individuals and in fact goes full of mystery and cryptic in its own communicative act.

Hence, artistic creation does not exist as an entity that can be conveyed; its organic values get twisted when they become part of a “use”, as we all know: some human group hides the need of artistic creation to become accepted, behind some performances, intended to make recognised and delimiting in fact the activity of art between individuals making it thus unaccepted.

Artistic creation as employment is socially accepted and the interaction of art with society is limited to its economic value, therefore not immanent and received between individuals. Only between individuals the interaction artistic production has reached a harmony intended to preserve its worth.

Artistry should not be considered the work of a shop; artistry should not be considered art. Artistic production in reality does not exist, neither artists exist. In fact they are nothing but an attempt by humans to define the residual action of humans: “her work”; starting from the artist’s work we define the concept of artistry. Starting from the concept of art we define the “one” who generated it as an artist.

What is not defined, can not either be detected. If art is not art, the artist should not consider herself an artist. Neither cause, effect, nor sense will exist. so, by unmaking art, we are not undoing it.

We may be forced to think that things are not what they look. Something, any thing, is socially received does not necessarily hold upon true premises.

Does Chakra Meditation Make a Difference?

Chakra Meditation, or Chakra Healing aims at looking inwards as distinct from looking outwards and looking at surroundings as we do most of the time. Looking outwards often makes us forget what we are and what we are capable of. Meditation leads to our becoming aware of our potential and capabilities or in short achieving self realization. Meditation also gives the opportunity to sift, analyze and evaluate what we learn from our experiences in everyday life, thus making it possible to assimilate the correct knowledge and discard the incorrect. Moreover, chakra meditation, or also called Chakra Balancing, reduces tensions and promotes physical and mental relaxation.

The Seven Energy Centers and Chakra Meditation.

Quite simply, Chakra Meditation refers to the process of balancing and energizing all the 7 energy centers (Chakras) in order to align the flow of energy through them. These 7 energy centers, or the Chakras, are.

*Root or Base Chakra located at the base of the spine and related to the element ‘Earth’. It governs our general health, prosperity, and security.

*Orange or Naval or Sacral Chakra located at the center of abdomen and related to the element ‘Water’. It governs our emotions and sexuality.

*Solar Plexus or Power Chakra located just above the naval region and related to the element ‘Fire’. It governs our will power, autonomy, and metabolism.

*Heart Chakra located at the center of the chest and related to the element ‘Air’. It governs love, compassion, and relationships in our lives.

*Throat Chakra located at the base of the throat and related to the element ‘Sound’. It governs clear communication, creativity, and resonance during our entire lifespan.

*Brow Chakra governing your power of imagination, visualization, and interpretation is located between the brows on the forehead and related to the element ‘Light’.

*Crown Chakra. This charka comprises of our head and brain which is the true driver of not only our thinking process but all organs of the body. This chakra assimilates analyses all information collected through all our senses and formulates our response. It also continuously updates our knowledge and reflexes.

Chakra Meditation seeks to achieve harmony amongst the seven chakras which gives the spiritual fulfillment. It helps to bring out the spiritual element of our material possessions.

Chakra Meditation Techniques

Chakra Meditation involves three techniques in this order.

*Grounding Technique refers to the process whereby, your body feels connected with Earth. The visualization involves assuming a root growing from your body and entering into the Earth, thus, transfixing your body to the ground. With some intense focus and determination, you can achieve this state of Chakra Meditation.

*Centering Technique. This technique prepares you to receive rewards of Chakra Meditation. Just take half a dozen deep breathes and feel the existence of each part of your body by tightening and relaxing muscles in each part, while at the same time visualizing the hand of a potter centering a pot on the potter’s wheel.

*Relaxation Technique. The main part of Chakra Meditation is the Relaxation Technique. Different people have different ways of distressing, so find a way of relaxing which suits you the best and adhere to it. In short, Chakra Meditation aims at relaxing the body and visualizing the flow of energy through the seven chakras.

Here is a simple method of performing Chakra Meditation.

*Sit or lie down comfortably.

*Make sure your clothing is loose so that you are free of body tension and then shut your eyes.

*Breathe in a relaxed manner, which is neither too fast nor too slow. Let the breath come naturally!

*The next step relates to feeling every part of your body from toe to head in that direction. While your eyes are closed, try to feel everything that you would’ve seen with open eyes, like earth, air, clothes, surroundings etc. The idea is to feel awareness even with closed eyes.

*You may experience a wave of thoughts, fears, and every kind of emotion during this process. Don’t avoid them! This represents the release of stress-related thoughts. With practice and regular exercise, these negative emotions and feelings will disappear.

*Let you spirit roam in every part of your body. This is the feeling of completeness you’ve been yearning for.

This exercise can be done at any time of the day and for any duration of time. However, the longer the better!

Past Life Regression – Remembering the Past

The belief in reincarnation or a past life is very prevalent in society. Religions also adopt this belief in many cases. The idea that one may have lived before in some ancient time is practically appealing and exiting to most people. Having an interest in finding out when and where this was is perfectly understandable. How many people actually realize that they can use this information to make some big changes in their present life?

Unfortunately, most of us are only interested in the happenings of our prior lifetimes due to curiosity. The will to change our present lives for good is what makes Past Life Regression (PLR) such a beneficial therapy.

Research has shown that Past Life Regression yields good results in the treatment of emotional problems. There is no doubt that you can make a positive change in your life by remembering your past life and the bad experiences you had in that time period..

It should be mentioned here that you need to prepare your subconscious mind to accept memories of past lives by means of affirmation sessions. This applies to everyone, no matter which process of PLR you choose, be it self hypnosis or be it via hypnosis from a PLR expert.

Before embarking on a Past Life Regression session, you must be absolutely certain and believe in some things.

Our past life is connected to the life we are presently living. We have the memories of the past lives; they are just buried deep within our subconscious minds and have to be brought out.

Mere knowledge of past life experiences add up to nothing. The knowledge gained thus, must be put to practical use in the present life for better results.

The past life experiences can be positively used in order to bring about a change in the present life. The mistakes made in the previous lives can be learnt and avoided in the present life.

You will be able to benefit from Past Life Regression whether you believe in reincarnation or not. You may think you are imagining the memories of your past live, either way you will learn from it. You can change your behavior and avoid mistakes by seeing the mistakes of the past.

According to experts going through Past Life Regression is necessary to improve your life for these two reasons:

*The reality of a past life experience becomes apparent when one applies something from a PLR session to this life and then benefits from it.

*Even if you think these events are pure figments of your imagination, the cathartic release you may get from experiencing such thoughts may free-up your mind of something that is blocking your health, success, and creativity.

What are the main benefits one can gain from going through Past Life Regression?

*It helps our present life by making us deal with the traumatic events of the past.

*Self confidence, better judgment, determination and the ability to focus properly on the things that matter are all benefits of PLR.

*PLR can help to prevent you from unintentionally making the same devastating mistakes you made in a past life. These lessons can of course be from minor mistakes to incredibly serious mistakes.

*It stands to reason that if we’ve been through past lives then surely we would have acquired some talents of special gifts in those lives. PLR in turn searches the subconscious and brings these to the forefront so we can apply them in this life as well.

*Understanding the past life experiences answers a lot of burning questions about one’s attributes, personality, characteristics, etc. in the present life.

For the vast majority of people, anything which promises to improve the way we live our lives is worth a try so whether you believe in PLR or not, you really should consider giving it a go. After all, you have nothing to lose.
