What You Need To Know About Astral Projection

Generally speaking, the majority of people have at one point in their life heard the term ‘astral projection.’ This could’ve been from an enlightened friend, a book or a movie. Few people though understand that astral projection is a real event, and that it is something that everyone can do. Chances are very high that you have astral projected and didn’t even realize it.

You need to understand what astral projection really is. Astral projection is the ability of an individual to leave his or her body. Everyone has the ability to do this; everyone does this when he or she lay down to sleep at night. While sleeping the physical mind is resting and the subconscious mind takes control. A person astral projects while this is happening. However, the majority may never remember astral projecting.

When a person projects, they go wherever they want to go. If you were to think back to your childhood, you will probably recall being able to do this when you would go to bed, as you aged you forgot. It is possible to go anywhere, there is no such thing as time or distance when it comes to astral projection. When a person is sleeping it is the physical body that is asleep, the astral body is the one that travels.

This brings to mind the next question, what is the astral body? The astral body is the invisible duplicate of the body, commonly known as the ethereal body. It is the core of our feelings and desires. Why doesn’t the astral body leave and not come back? The astral body is tied to the physical body with a silver cord.

As the astral body first enters the physical body, the silver cord is connected. There is no depletion of this until after the time of death, when the astral body leaves the physical body for the very last time. This silver cord prevents the astral body from leaving and not coming back.

Something else you may consider is where do you go when you astral project? Your astral body goes to the astral plane. It is the invisible double body of the Earth. Its vibration is much faster than that of the physical Earth while it does penetrate into the core of the Earth. Many define it as another dimension of reality. In addition, most agree that there are various levels of the astral plane.

It is only natural at this point to question whether or not there are any dangers to astral projection. The answer is yes and no. We have established that astral projection is something everyone is capable of doing. We have also stated that there isn’t a way that the astral body can leave the physical body and not come back. But as with anything you do, you need to keep your head about you. This means that you need to make sure you have solid thinking skills so that you are going where you want and you know what you want.

You can find danger if your mind is not sound when you astral project. Therefore, anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol can find themselves in a crisis. These may be the lower levels of the astral plane.

The key to astral projection involves knowing what it is you are doing and where you want to go while doing it. You must have complete control of what your astral body may be doing, since your thoughts control your projection experiences.

You can learn to astral project very quickly if you prepare properly beforehand. Many individuals prefer to astral project alone in their own home. However, numerous professionals in the field of astral projection teach various methods to help others gain control and enjoy an enriched experience. You might even like to try both methods of learning how to astral project.

You can find various other resources such as books online. For instance, you can create the right state of mind by listening to quality astral projection hypnosis recordings. It will help you relax and walk you through the various stages. This is beneficial since you can continue playing the recording repeatedly until your subconscious mind picks up the message that it is all right for you to leave your body.

Binaural beats is the most recent of astonishing sound technology advances. It plays slightly different tones of sound frequencies in the ears simultaneously. This works well for inducing relaxation and the deep state of meditation rather quickly. This is fundamental for the success of astral projection.

Don’t get frustrated if you are not able to successfully astral project the first time or even the second or third time. This is something that you must practice. It is not an ability that you have to acquire, we are all capable of doing it, many have just forgotten how and need to fine tune the natural skill.

Still need to be convinced? When did you last dream you were flying and then felt as though you were falling? As the astral body, moves through the astral plane it, feels like flying. The sensation of falling comes when the astral body comes back into the physical body. Astral projection is very real. Anyone can do it and find benefit in it. However, you do have to invest time in fine-tuning your natural ability in order to reach the kind of success you desire with astral projection. It will become easier to do once you begin your journey while projecting.

Photography And Videography

Statistics show that people are willing to spend up to ten percent of their wedding budget on photography and videography services on the only condition that they be offered good work. Nevertheless, many people are skeptical about certain services, and the finding of a good professional becomes quite a challenge a few months before the big event. But how and where can one contract a good videography service?

Word of mouth could be the best way to find what you want. Talk to family members and friends about how content they are with their weddings photography and videography. If they seem highly enthusiastic about the results of their videographer’s work, such professionals will be worthy to get in touch with. Do not delay contacting the photographer because a professional’s agenda is pretty full: they do work based on appointments, calenders and dates. If your wedding day is during the summer season when most weddings are held, you might just discover that someone else has already hired that person for the same date as you, which makes the videographer unavailable.

Another solution for finding the best photography and videography professional would be to compare the samples of various videographers’ work either using their Internet websites or checking the photography and videography of all your friends that have already gotten married. The details you should pay attention to include the filming style, the editing and the special effects added and see whether they correspond to your expectations.

Another thing you can do to make sure that your wedding photography and videography is going to be a success is to communicate very well with the videographer and the camera man. You need to tell them exactly what you want, insisting on the key moments that should be focused on during the ceremony and the reception. In addition, during the wedding procession, do speak your mind if some aspects related to the photography and videography are not what you want them to be. In case you notice something that is not particularly to your liking, feel free to let them know. Don’t worry about their minding your comments, you should get what you expect for your money. All they want is happy, satisfied customers that will eventually spread word about their great work and skill.

Tricks to taking better Candid Shots

Taking photographs of people have two categories.  They are either portraits or candids.

Portraits are the photos you take when your subject strikes poses. While the candids are when your subject is doing things naturally.

I would like to focus on taking candid shots. With this type of photography, their is an art form, and if you follow these steps you will be real happy with your work.  This is from my experience as a San Diego Photographer.

First off you don't want to obtrusive.Of course most of the candid shots will be people minding their own business, but the secret to taking a great photo is to make sure they don't know of you taking the shot.

Because often, if you let them notice you, you will miss the essence of that unguarded shot.  So try hard to make sure they are unaware of the camera.

Another thing to consider is the setting or the environment. When you are going to take candid photos, the environment plays a big role. You want to capture your subject in their setting as naturally as you can with your candid shot.  It's that setting
whether is is their house, their work, or the street they are on, will tell a story about your subject's life.  This is especially important if you are going to be taking shots as a Wedding Photographer San Diego.

A third thing to consider or do is anticipating behavior. An important part of taking candid shots of people acting naturally is to know what your subject may do next in a given situation.

This will be beneficial to you if you are trying to catch a particular moment because you will be ready rather than miss the shot.  Knowing how they will react and being able to capture that is all about anticipation.

Finally, always be on the lookout for those moments when a person's emotion will be expressed.  Because after all, when taking these types of shots, that is the main thing you want to capture in these candid shots is emotion.

Look at what your subject is doing and see if it will be a moment that will express emotion.Such as impatience shown in an expression at a stoplight.Or a happy expression at an event. All moments in time give you the opportunity to truly capture an emotion.Being alert of those moments will enable you to capture that moment in time that tells a story.

Taking candid photos is an art form for sure.  Especially if you truly want to tell a story in your candid shots. Following these few simple steps will help you be on the road of capturing as many storytelling moments as possible as a photographer.
