Being punctual is one of the first lessons you must learn if you want to get a Broadway audition, always be early and never be late. It’s better to even be 1 hour early to your audition than it is to be 10 minutes late. This allows plenty of time to mingle, relax, take a breath, and also fill out any paperwork that needs to be done.
Also never be rude or talk down to anyone at a Broadway audition, especially other people trying out. Even though they are trying to land the same role as you, you have to know its not personal and they are just trying to make it like you. You can say your lines in front of a mirror or with people in your family, since friends and family may be a bit less critical of you to not hurt your feelings.
