Life Regression – Why Remembering Is So Important?

It is said that only 25% of people believe in reincarnation. This of course doesn’t mean that it isn’t real, haven’t you ever discovered that you had a talent or inclination towards something and you had no idea as to why? I am sure that you know what it is I am talking about, there are certain things in our lives that we feel a strong connection to with little to no reason that we can come up with. The answer could simple be that it was something that was important to you in a past life.

Unfortunately, this possibility is often overlooked or its validity is ignored by many people and these people often miss the opportunity to develop further personally and find out who they truly are and why. What is not realized is the lost opportunity of getting in touch with your past lives impedes your personal successes and achievements.

Extensive research, as a matter of fact, has proven past life regression has become a very powerful too to help those who suffer from emotional problems.

One of the most common benefits of life regression is the healing and clearing of trauma. When we encounter trauma we all make one of two choices, run or face it and change it. When we are talking about life regression and facing trauma we also have the option of rescuing the past self and helping him/her move forward to the now where the trauma can be viewed as a whole by the Higher Self.

We all have a creative side and there isn’t a person anywhere who doesn’t have many talents and attributes, unknown to them at present. Past life regression is a way to contact our creative self to have all these talents and abilities brought forward to the present. These abilities can help in making choices and in our decision making by acting as an Inner Guide.

Karma’what goes around, comes around’ putting it simply and remarkable. Past life regression can assist you to correct or modify a past contract, agreement or maybe a promise. If this past transgression involved another person then it will be necessary to go back to the time of the original agreement. Most often this is done with the help of an Inner Guide. Once there you must make a decision – whether or not you want to atone or see if you can modify or change the agreement in order to help you in the present.

A most significant benefit of practicing past life regression is the ability to ground and affirm ones self.

Individuals who practice past life regression feel more grounded and this is not and uncommon situation. In fact this is due to the information they have received making them more aware of who they are personally and that they have characteristics, talents, connections and more. Receiving the information that explains the why enables them to accept who they are as a person and to live more fully.

You can ask the experts in the field. They agree that if a person truly wants to enhance or improve their life then they need to practice past life regression. Past life regression will help you remember the lives you have had so that you can live a more fulfilled life this time.

You may believe this or not, and even though you think, events and feelings that you are experiencing are just a figment of your imagination. A catharsis will begin to open your mind, break down barriers that block you from reaching your goals and achievements in the present.

Briefly recapping all the benefits of life regression which also includes dealing with trauma from past events enabling a move to the present life. Having dealt with past traumatic events makes it easier for us to make good choices and decisions today since we’ve already had to deal with them in the past.

History is a good teacher and if you know your history you are less likely to repeat your mistakes. This is a worldwide truth as well as in your personal life. If you were dishonest in a past life and you may have paid the price, this will help you to change into a better person changing old bad habits.
