Panic attacks, what causes them? Causes (or triggers) can be anything. You may not have discovered your triggers yet.

A junction in town, while she drove, triggered my wife’s attacks. That particular junction, if she came anywhere near it she would get struck by an attack. Rapid heart beat and shortness of breath within seconds.

Literally anything could be causing your panic attacks. But every time it will be a similar thing. Could be a crowded area. Any crowded area will set them off.

You may have no idea what your panic attacks causes are. Identifying and knowing your triggers is going to be important. It will be very helpful in your eventual panic cure.

If you can identify your own personal “triggers”. When, not if, you get control over the anxiety. You can self test with these triggers on how much you are improving.

Forgive me; I’m getting a bit ahead here. I’ve been rattling on about trigger testing and wrestling control back. Would you be pleased to learn there are drug free systems you can use to stop these attacks dead?

So going back to where I mention triggers and testing. You can use your trigger to ‘almost’ bring an attack on and test your skills. Then as you get stronger you simply brush it aside.
