View Anything You Want With Remote Viewing Techniques

Do you know what remote viewing techniques are? Remote viewing is the ability to see people and places through your mind’s eye, and not through your five senses. Not out of body experiences, remote-viewing experiences simply let you ‘see’ people, places or things in distant locations. What you might not know is that this is a power that you already possess. You can see people, places, objects and other things without being physically present to see them. Instead, you simply can use remote viewing techniques to do so.

The Remote Viewer – Misconceptions and Explanations

Remote viewing is not the ability to be in two places at once, contrary to popular belief. It’s also not a manipulative tool whereby you simply have the end result of being able to spy on a place, person, etc.

Instead, remote viewing harnesses a form of ESP and your own psychic mind abilities to see what you want to see when you want to see. What happens, essentially, is that the object or person comes to you, instead of you going to a person or object. You can do this just by carefully preparing for what you want to achieve — which is, after all, remote viewing.

Using Your Innate Mind Power

Remote viewing techniques teach you how to harness power you already have; you only have to access it in order to use it.

For example, did you know that only 10% of our brain on average is used for the activities and things we need it for? Using the remaining 90% of our brain is where our incredible mind power comes into play. Once you can learn how to properly use and control the other 90% of your brain and mind power will you then be able to use remote viewing efficiently.

How to Use Remote Viewing

How do you tap into your abilities with remote viewing, then? There are some remote viewing techniques that will help you become successful in harnessing this most amazing power.

Perhaps the best way to start is to simply go someplace quiet and sit or lie in a relaxing position. For example, sit crosslegged on the floor or lie comfortably on a bed. The place you do this should be quiet and free of distraction.

Second, simply engage in some deep breathing exercises that are calming and relaxing. Inhale and exhale deeply, lightly pressing your tongue on the roof of your mouth as you do so. Focus on each breath; the goal is to clear your mind of all extraneous thoughts.

Third, at least temporarily, suspend disbelief that you think you can’t do this. Even if you can’t permanently change your mind, give yourself a chance to succeed. It’s important that you have belief in order to be successful at doing this. BELIEVE that you can see people, objects and events that you are not in the physical presence of.

Fourth, an easy way to get started on remote viewing is to simply practice seeing yourself, lying there or sitting there on the bed or floor. Imagine that you are sitting in front of yourself, looking back over your shoulder at yourself. This can be difficult to do at first, but keep going; it does get easier.

After you have successfully viewed your own body from outside yourself, try more difficult remote viewing techniques by trying to see and view familiar places and objects in your house or the building in which you�re located. Progressing from simple exercises to more difficult ones will help build up your belief reservoir when it comes time for advanced exercises.

These remote viewing techniques and steps are all you need to harness the incredible power of your mind that you have yet to tap into. By believing in yourself and your abilities, you�ll be able to successful use remote viewing techniques to your advantage in situations when you truly need it.
